When his grandfather passed away at the age of 61 while he was only in highschool, he decided to dedicate his next game to his grandfather where he ended up scoring 61 points representing his grandfather's age when he passed.

Career
Chris Paul was drafted into the New orlean Pelicans as the 4th pick in round 1 in the 2005 NBA draft. Paul was traded to the Los Angeles Clippers at the end of the 2011 season. Paul then went on to play for several other teams over the years including the Houston Rockets, Oklahoma City Thunder and is now currently playing for the Phoenix suns trying his best to win his first championship before retiring.
